Hey there! My name is Lara Deshler. I graduated from St. Norbert College with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design. With a concentration in marketing and design, I enjoy finding the perfect balance between creativity and strategy, bringing ideas to life visually while ensuring they serve a strong purpose.
I now work full-time at SyQuest as a Marketing and E-Commerce Specialist, where I continue to apply my creative and strategic skills to marketing, digital content, and brand-focused projects. I thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy taking on challenges that push me to think critically and creatively. Whether I’m designing marketing materials, supporting e-commerce efforts, assisting with art gallery installations, or streamlining operations in a fulfillment center, I bring a detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset to everything I do.
During my time at St. Norbert College, I competed as a student-athlete in Women’s Track and Field, helped plan Spring Fling for BUD, and collaborated with peers through Women in Business and Art Club. These experiences helped me grow as a leader, teammate, and creative professional.
